General Installation Information

Turbidity curtain installation and anchoringAs a general guide, the installation of a turbidity curtain will involve the following process:

  1. Unload the Silt Curtain (secured by vinyl straps)
  2. Lay out the Section of Curtain
  3. Attach the Bottom Chain
  4. Connect the Slide Connectors (Type 2 and Type 3 Barrier only)
  5. Align and Connect the Grommet Eyes with Rope or Zip Ties
  6. Tie up the Bottom Skirt
  7. Tow the Barrier & Anchor it
