What are Tow Bridles Made Of?

(Nigeria)

Good day, can you please tell me more about your tow bridle? Is it made from steel wire rope or poly rope?

Good Day to you also! I can help you with this. Our tow bridle is not poly, it is comprised of aluminum on the connector and galvanized steel on the cable. They are assembled with floats and are provided for handling the silt barrier, containment boom and turbidity curtain in the water body. Prior to deployment, the connector on the towing bridle should be mated to the end connector on the boom and secured with a toogle pin.

The shackle on the bridle will accept a line up to 3/4" diameter. They are ideal for making turbidity curtain deployment easier and secure shore anchoring.
