Turbidity Curtain for boat ramp project

(Branford, CT, USA)

We are a bidding a job for a boat ramp rehab and need some silt curtain. The plan calls for som Type 1 Dot Silt Barrier. The length is 285' and we are close to the shore where the water is less than 6' deep.

We have never had call for this in our area in CT and never used this product. It seems that the regulations are getting tougher and requiring this on other jobs from what I see. How does it work? Can a couple of guys put this in? what equipment do I need?
