Environmental Management Plan For A Marine Based Project

I am developing an environmental management plan for a marine based project that requires a significant amount of dredging within a very sensitive area including wet lands and coastal waters.

I need some guidelines on the Best Management Practices (i.e. turbidity barriers, silt curtains, silt screens, etc), and the implementation of them for this application. Can you assist?
